Our Learning & Development Initiatives
We believe in a continuous learning culture and encourage teams to remain curious, keep exploring and never stop learning. Our Leadership Development Program is designed to enrich our managers with the latest leadership insights and fresh perspective, while external seminars and workshops are offered to expose them to the latest industry trends and best practices. Our e-learning platform offers convenient access to a range of training resources on topics such as commonly used software, dashboard applications and digital skills, providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to grow and develop.
We advocate team collaboration within the company, and have set up an internal shopper program that employees from different departments can take part in the mystery shopper program to suggest improvements to enhance our customer service.
Swire Resources Retail Academy provides a structured curriculum in a progressive learning journey to equip employees with exceptional customer service skills whilst they excel in their careers. The learning journey covers service, product, customer persona training, role specific career progression training and on-site shop coaching.
Beyond professional training, we also support our employees in their own professional development to attain Qualification Framework (QF) accreditation through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) mechanism of the HKSAR Government.
