While everyone is having their summer holiday, Hong Kong athletes are still having hard training in the pool every day. Apart from competing in major swimming competitions like The World Championships, World Universiade, different local competitions, they also need to prepare well for the 2023 Asian Games which will be held in coming September. While a series of competitions are approaching, Cheung Sum Yuet Cindy, Chang Yujuan Susanna, Lau Shiu Yue Barton, Ho Siu Lun Frank and their teammates have already geared up with Speedo gear. Getting ready for all races to strive for achieving their Medal Dream!
