Our 36-Month Swire Resources Business Management Trainee Program is a fast track for Talent Pipeline which aims at nurturing and developing young talents who are passionate in retail industry to become future leaders in key business functions. Throughout the accelerated intensive and comprehensive program, you will get exposure, on-the-job training and be rotated through various key business and supporting functions to build the foundation to become a key functional manager and unleash your full potential.
