SWIRE RESOURCES RECOGNIZED AS “MENTAL HEALTH FRIENDLY SUPREME ORGANIZATION”
We are excited to share that Swire Resources has been recognised as a “Mental Health Friendly Supreme Organisation” by the Advisory Committee on Mental Health of the Department of Health. As a responsible and caring employer, Swire Resources is committed to building a mental health-friendly society in the long run by providing a positive and friendly working environment for our employees.
Further to various human resources policies in place to promote work-life balance, we also offer multiple recreational activities for our colleagues and their families to create a positive and inclusive workplace. In 2019, we launched an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) where a professional external consultant has been appointed to provide personal counseling and consultation services for our colleagues and their family members who are in need of a channel to address work/life concerns.
