Columbia Hong Kong Wins the 2015 Service Retailers of the Year Award – Sports & Outdoor Products Category
Columbia Hong Kong has topped the Fashion & Accessories – Sports & Outdoor Products category among participating brands in the “2015 Service Retailers of the Year Award”, organised by Hong Kong Retail Management Association (“HKRMA”).
This is the fourth time Columbia Hong Kong has received the honour. The team received the highest overall score among Sports & Outdoor Products category throughout three consecutive assessment periods in 2014/15. The award recognises Columbia for its outstanding and consistent service quality across its outlets during the year.
HKRMA is a major retail association in Hong Kong, with its members covering a diverse range of retail businesses. Its members represent more than 7,800 retail outlets employing over half of the local retail workforce.
